It describes the information the site may request through its audit and contact forms, but the form provider, analytics settings, retention period and contact for privacy requests still need confirmation. Replace every TODO and review the final text before collecting submissions.

Information you may provide
If you submit an audit request, the form is designed to collect your name, work email, website, industry, city or market, up to three competitors and a main customer question. The contact form asks for name, work email, optional website and message. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
Dambru Ads intends to use form information to review the request, prepare the requested response and communicate about the audit or enquiry. The actual form service and inbox must be configured before a submission can be delivered.
Service providers and analytics
TODO: Name the form provider and explain its processing, storage, notification and any data-location details. GA4 and Search Console verification are placeholders and should be enabled only after the business has reviewed the relevant settings and notices.
Retention and your choices
TODO: Confirm a retention schedule, access and deletion process, applicable privacy rights, and the contact channel for requests. Do not promise a retention period or a legal right until the details are verified for the visitors and services involved.
